Dr. Vounette Hines, NCSP
Licensed School Psychologist

Dr. Vounette Deus-Hines is an accomplished School Psychologist with over 15 years of experience throughout Florida School Districts. She earned her Specialist and Doctorate degree in the program of School Psychology at Nova Southeastern University. She obtained her School Psychology Certification with the Florida Department of Education, License with the Florida Department of Health, and Nationally Certified School Psychology (NCSP). Her evaluation experience ranges from pre-kindergarten to adult. These evaluations include but are not limited to developmental delay, autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, learning disability, gifted, etc. She has also worked within the private practice sector evaluating for social security, ABA services, as well as vocational rehabilitation. Briefly, she has taught Introduction to Psychology at Concorde Career Institute. Her goal continues to advocate for minority students in particular while also assisting parents gain the knowledge and understanding of various behaviors and academic difficulties.
